How do I delete my account?

If you no longer would like your business to show up in the directory please visit your Account Dashboard under the Upgrade/Billing tab there is a form to request an account closure. Please allow up to 72 business hours for a response.

How can I purchase additional Videos?

If you are interested in purchasing additional videos please visit your Account Dashboard > Add-ons. Or while signed in you can hover over the Account menu in the top header to access the Add-ons page. You will have the ability to purchase additional videos with your plan.

What if I do not want someone to contact me?

Your profile will include a contact form, but your email address will never be displayed publicly. If you receive an  from someone you don’t wish to communicate with further, you can simply block that company. You also can disable the contact us form on your profile completely.

Someone sent me an inappropriate message. What should I do?

Click on the Report a Problem button on the bottom of the page and include the user’s name, company name and a screen shot of the incident. We can remove a specific contact or business if it is deemed that they violated our terms of service. If something occurs that is illegal in any way, please contact your local police department to file a report. Law enforcement should advise you on those matters.

Using member chat

Once you are signed into your account, a chat bar will be visible at the bottom corner of your screen on every page. You can use this feature for both private chats and group chats.

Uploading articles

You can upload Spotlight On articles, as well as jobs and RFPs, using your Account Dashboard.

Uploading a banner ad (size specifications, etc.)

The dimension for the banner ads is: 325px wide by 225px height. To purchase ad space please visit your Account Dashboard > Advertising.

Reserving a banner ad

To reserve a banner ad please visit your Account Dashboard > Advertising. You will have the ability to purchase ad space from this section.

How to add and remove job or RFP postings

Once signed into your account, there will be a link on your dashboard for Jobs & RFPs that will bring you to a form to fill out for each category. If you post a job/RFP you can delete it from this same view, or it will auto expire after 30 days.

Steps to set up the Virtual Trade show booth

Your membership level will determine the richness of your Virtual Tradeshow booth. To access this feature, you will need to login to your account, go to your Account Dashboard and click on the VTS button. This will provide you with the fields that match up to your membership level.

Steps to set up your profile

During the initial registration, you will provide your company name, address and primary category. Once the account is approved, you can use your Account Dashboard to add more categories, videos and photos simply by filling in the blanks. It’s that simple.
