My credit card was declined, expired, changed or was hacked and my membership was canceled for nonpayment by accident. Can I get my listing placement back?

Yes. If you call us within 15 days of the credit card incident, we can reinstate your placement based on your original sign-on date.

How often will I be billed?

Billing begins on the date you purchase your membership and monthly or annually thereafter.

I canceled my service. Why didn’t I get a refund for the rest of the month?

You are billed in monthly increments, not partial months. If you cancel, your current month’s cycle will complete before your membership is deactivated.
