• the Utility Bill Management (UBM) online software provides the outsourced and automated management of utility costs, including the collection, auditing and processing of all utility bills (electricity, gas, water and refuse collection);
• the Energy Management solution allows to collect, analyze, and compare consumption data from any energy vector from customer-specific systems in real time;
• the Comfort Management solution, which is based on the remote management of devices, like air conditioning systems, enables our experts to pinpoint further opportunities to make savings. The Exchange software assists customers in purchasing energy and in providing risk management, budgeting and forecasting energy consulting services.

And, by leveraging data provided by Customer Insights digital solutions, our highly qualified team of Enel X consultants is also able to offer a wide array of energy consultancy services, ranging from the identification of cost drivers to sustainability issues.
